Artwork Description: I love watching clouds. They are magnificent. I often think the creator of this world must be an artist. They created the most beautiful art and hung them in the sky so we can enjoy them every day.

st. Her artwork strongly focuses on the connection between nature and mental well-being, finding identity, and her experience as a first-generation immigrant. Xiang expresses herself through watercolour paintings. She also creates with other painting mediums, installations, and found objects. 

Xiang is a recipient of The City of Melbourne Annual Art Grant, the Winner of the Wyndham Art Prize 2021 Local Emerging Artist, the SBS Landscape Prize 2021 finalist and the finalist of municipal art grants across Australia.
