Artwork/Artist Description: Sunog*' means 'burnt' in Tagalog. I think it's a fitting name. The design is based on a 2018 Inktober illustration I made as a response to the prompt 'Roasted'. You can see it on the last slide. At the time I was dealing with the end of a long term relationship and the plethora of emotions that came with that. I was angry, full of rage and at war with my depression and anxiety. This beast is a representation of my inner strength and resilience. It is a reminder to stay strong and march on when times are tough, and that I am capable of overcoming whatever life throws at me.
