I was born in the Melbourne suburb of Oakleigh, and I currently live in Gippsland. I've been working as an artist for the past sixteen years. My favourite subjects to paint are street scenes, rural and urban landscapes, shopfronts and historic buildings, and I'm particularly well-known for my depictions of Melbourne music venues, railway stations, and other iconic structures. I am also the author of a series of books about the Australian blues scene: “Blues Portrait” – A Profile of the Australian Blues Scene (Volumes 1, 2, 3 and 4). I have held several solo exhibitions throughout Victoria including Tacit Contemporary Art, Little Woods Gallery, and Thin Slizzy in Collingwood; Marios (Fitzroy); Burrinja Gallery (Upwey), and Banc Café Docklands. I have also exhibited locally in Gippsland and interstate.
