Artwork Description: Rakai Tai - According to the Cook Island Lunar Calendar ‘Te Arapo’, on the 2nd night after the new moon was the moon phase ‘Rakau Tai’ on this night, the spirits would be more prevalent. Whether they were friendly or not, that’s a different story.
